Property Committee
The Property Committee is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the building and the grounds of the church. Purchase of supplies, maintenance of the heating, air conditioning and other systems, and cleaning and repair are this committee's responsibility.
The committee provides a date each spring and another in the fall for Grubby Sunday, when the members come to work together. This committee is in charge of scheduling groups (including renters) who use the church building and oversight of those groups.
The Property Committee also maintains lists of volunteers for the cleaning of the sanctuary, grass cutting and snow shoveling. This committee also works with the staff who clean the building and provide maintenance. This committee is also in charge of any property or possession given to the church, such as the Wyeth painting or the Lost Nation property.
