Email MeganSt. Luke welcomed Megan Anne Polich as its new Youth Leader on Sunday, October 3, 2010. Megan Anne is a graduate from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a degree in Comparative Religious Studies. While there, she held the Youth Director position at Episcopal Church of the Incarnation and is very excited to be joining the St. Luke community.
The session is made up of elders, elected by the congregation, plus the installed pastor. The session is responsible for all decisions regarding the program and policies of its congregation, except for the two powers reserved for the congregation: the election of officers, including the pastoral staff, and the buying, selling, and/or mortgaging of church property.
